In 2007 Worth Park began bottling and marketing their own Rum Bar Rum. Blended from fresh stocks of extra light pot still rum and high ester rums made from with a proprietary yeast in a fermentation process that takes several weeks to complete. This high-ester rum gives Rum Bar Rum its fragrance and full body.
At 65% abv, Rum Bar Rum is slightly lighter in taste and alcohol than some of the other white overproof rums in the local market.
