distilled by St James - Martinique French West Indies

Light gold rhum agricole distilled from fermented fresh sugar cane juice. Stored in large vats for up to 2 years.

St James has the trademark to the word ˜"Paille" on the bottle so most other distilleries have use the word "Dore." I am a big fan of this smoother class of rhum. However, sometimes nothing will do but a 'ti punch made with a good rhum blanc agricole.

Bottled at 50, 55% alcohol by volume.
