Dark brown with reddish copper hues rum distilled from fermented molasses. Aged 3 years in used whisky and bourbon barrels.
The aroma of this three year old rum belies it's relatively young age. The initial taste isn't as full of alcohol as you might expect. The body quickly yields to dry dark nuts and wood flavors. The finish is relatively dry without any harsh flavors.
Bottled at 40% alcohol by volume.
