Sorrel, 'the Caribbean Cranberry' is a favorite in the Windward Islands. The rather tart flavor is tempered with sugar and is a common ingredient in Caribbean recipes and is a popular drink. This is the first Sorrel Rum I've seen from the Caribbean.
Clarke's Court Rum Sorrel is a blend of sorrel and spice extracts grown on Grenada, the Spice Island.
