Question Filtering

What if any means does DDL use to filter its spirits after barrel dumping / vatting, prior to bottling?

Yes we do filter after barrel dumping, prior to bottling using special filter pad that would just remove particulate matters coming from the barrels but would not diminish your colour and aromas/flavours.
