Well, the important birthday is here, and in great anticipation I opened the very expensive bottle of Samaroli Fiji Rum 2001/2016 bottled by some extremely stupid people in Scotland. Its feckin' AWFUL ! The taste is something llke bitumin and burnt tires. The aroma from the newly opened bottle was promising, but the nose once poured is reminiscent of airplane glue. What the hell were they trying to do? Make it into crap scotch with their peating? Blech!
