Hi All,

Dave Jr here just wanted to introduce myself and our family owned and operated micro-distillery located in the heart of the San Francisco Bay Area. Our state of the art Alambic (pot) still, crafted via traditional artistic workmanship, produces a distinct, hand-crafted distilled spirit from a variety of high quality ingredients. This is the heart of Essential Spirits, formed by hand by one of France's premier Alambic still makers, Jean-Louis Stupfler

Our goal is to transform fruits, wines, pomaces and brews into exceptionally fine spirits. Straight from the still, our alcohol presents a quality of subtle elegance, and tastes as though it has already been aged. We specialize in contract distilling projects, but also have our own products out on the shelf, including

SGT Classick 100% Hawaiian rum (Gold and Silver), and Classick Pure-Pear unaged pear brandy.

We like to say, here at Essential Spirits, "Our spirits will raise your spirits!"

SGT Classick is a good gold rum. I've just been "testing" this product in the past 5 days. It's a sweet nose with spicy cane notes, a warm finish. I'll keep working on it and get to the white rum soon.

We just got back from Las Vegas at the Wine and Spirits Wholesalers of America convention...

Man what a BLAST.. got a chance to talk to a lot of great distillers and try some really interesting products. (More on this to come)
