Porto Morretes Organic Cachaça
I bought a case last week as we drank a bottle in about 1 week. With our provincial liquor monopoly you never know when it's going to be sold out and not brought back.
Organic limes, mojito mint from the garden, steiva/xylitol (sweeteners), a splash of Agnosturna bitters and Contrineau, and a healthy amount of the Cachaça. It's our favourite drink by far.
We bought a mojito mint plant from the garden store and it was the last one, and probably the runt of the tray. But we left it alone for 2 months in a wetter spot in the garden and it's now getting big! It better as we plundered it last week for many caipirinha's or mojito's. I just did some googling and I thought a caipirinha was a Brazilian mojito? hmmm
