I've also been asking about that waterview rum. A friend from Bundaberg told me that Bundaberg rum bought some waterview rum before and sold it in Bundaberg rum bottles. Or so he said. If it's true, then I must have some waterview rum (in Bundy bottles) in my collection - without even knowing. Must be good if it's Pure Gold. LOL

Check this out, mate. http://tinyurl.com/kufk2q7

Thought Waterview was just a joke. Haha seems to me like it's really been part of history books for more than a century now. What could they possibly mean by unearthed 2013? Probbly need to ask friends from Bundaberg if someone's digging up century-old rum. Quite curious. Itching to know more about that Waterview. Lemme know if you find out more about it.

Sorry but I'm not a fan of marketing like this and attempts to create hype.

I've also noticed several Wordpress spam blogs and fake Facebook and Tumblr accounts that have been recently created in an attempt to get more visibility for the upcoming brand. The fake accounts on MoR only strenghten this theory.

I'm also pretty sure Google doesn't like Black Hat SEO tactics.

Marketing: YOU'RE DOING IT WRONG!

If you really want attention for your product, sure keep promoting it in a legitimate way and do send samples to bloggers to review and you'll get what you want but fake accounts is not the right way.

Let the product speak for itself.

I couldn't agree more with you Silvio. I find these kind of marketing campaigns not only ineffective but insulting to the basic intelligence of their audience.

I've not deleted the above mentioned posts to see just how far these people will go. Needless to say, they aren't going to get a lot of support on this forum.
