White Rums

Whether you call them, clear, silver, white or simple 'see through' how do you drink them?

As best I can remember (Rubi Rey was one of the last rums I tried, with understandable effects and I also only had one or two sips of each rum), Rubi Rey reminded me of Jose Cuervo Gold or Durango Gold Tequilla.
Cheers. - S

I'd rather be in a boat with a drink on the rocks, and in the drink with a boat on the rocks.

They should have named a rum after him - or perhaps a porno actor.

I love Ruby Rey. It is one of my "go-to" rums for a great Mojito or Daiquiri. One of things that I find curious about it is that its smell holds up, intact, in the drink. It has a wonderful aroma that lingers after mixing. For me, its the closest product which I can find on store shelf in North America whish approximates Havana Club Silver (which I have heard is no longer produced, the HC, that is). It is widely available throughout Colorado. ADB, please work on California distribution!

Complete with hair on the bottle and a foul smell upon opening.
