Where to buy rum in Barbados

Dumb question I know, but I'm currently freezing my rear end off in central Canada and have a friend going to Barbados in a week. She and her husband don't drink and offered to bring me back a couple of bottles of rum, so I'm hoping that someone will direct me to a few stores on the island where they can get the rum for me.

I would suggest checking out the large supermarkets in Bridgetown, or anywhere else on the island. It has been my experience that the large stores generally have a good selection and prices which are as good or better than the duty free stores.

Now you need to get a list of rums together for them.

I was in Barbados in 2006. I'm partial to Mount Gay so I went to the that distillery but for varied selections go to the 'Cave Springs' (actual store name) in Bridgetown and Holetown. The 'Cave Springs' stores are similar to large grocery stores.
