Default mixing rums

yup, being out here on the fishing islands of lake huron and being a rum lover does have its challenges and i do not wish to annoy the purists .but, we each [5 buds] bring our latest bottles and spend a couple of days mixing and sampling each of our attempts at a special blend in the sun on the beach ,fishing ...this time,,,,a bottle of viscaya, one of ron atlantico, zacapa 23, old monk 7yr,and diplomatico reserva.....smiles and happy grins all around as we came very close to a heavenly drink...in a couple of weeks ,dave is bringing an older bottle of tanduay from a resent trip to manila and i am just raring to open my plantation from bahamas.. happy trails to all rus

Welcome to the forums. Spending time on the water with a bit of rum is great but please be careful, there's plenty of time for drinking when the anchor's down.
