Default Cockspur VSOR vs Cockspur Bajan Crafted 12

Are these two bottlings essentially the same rum? I noticed in the rum producers index that it says the VSOR has been replaced by the Crafted 12 in U.S. markets.

However, the index says the VSOR is a blend of rums up to 10 years of age. The Company's website says "V.S.O.R. contains the oldest rums we have on reserve at the distillery, the majority of these being 12 years and older". There is no Bajan Crafted 12 on the website.

Here in Edmonton, I've seen both bottles side by side on the shelf with the VSOR selling for about $3-$5 less. Doesn't make sense if it is the same blend. Maybe I should stock up.

You read right. They're 'essentially' the same, but not 'exactly' the same as some will attest to. Read on...

Thanks. I searched the forums before posting and must have missed that thread. I apologize for duplicating the question.
