Ed, you have GOT to meet this guy and hope that he will let you try some of his older and more rare rum treasures. Purely for frame of reference and scientific knowledge, of course.

Although I'm not at home to check, isn't this guy mentioned in David Broom's book or some other rum book???
Amazing collection, he is like me, keeps the bottle sealed until he gets another one to replace it.
Now this guy should write a book to share his knowledge.
Perfect timing with TOTC going on now. I'd be hunting him down if I was there!!!

Steve is a heck of a guy. Very nice, very friendly, and very dry. I got to meet him at Tales of the Cocktail last year. I have yet to see his collection first-hand, but I've been told that it's unbelievable.
