It is intriguing indeed--and yummy!
The sweetness i less than straight honey -about 33% of the sweetness of honey (a guess) and the flavor is impeccable honey with a delicat back note of delectable rum. This could easily be used as a modifier (it is 20% ABV) but it is lovely just to sip on it.

Well i am having 'Treaty Oak' Platinum... There goals are to make a superb silver rum that could compete not only with the best rums, but also with the best vodkas, using only Texas ingredients to make their rum by hand and from scratch--so . . .well It is good. I don't know about all the other stuff, but tasty. As a rum it is big in aroma and pungent. Not a 'stand-out' but doggone nice. . .the flavors follow through clean and good. . . .and over a vodka ---hello flavor!

You are awesome, but i wish i could show you the beauty of flavorful stuff... for instance i am drinking Pink Pigeon (a bigger rum distilled from sugar cane juice and infused only with Madagascar Vanilla-earthy, creamy, SEXY) with HUM (a rum based totally bad ass liqueur--BIG!!!)-- and food accompaniment is (vegi) Hot Dogs Sauteed in Oil Cured Red Peppers and fresh chopped white onions served on oven toasted sprouted grains bread melted cheddar and mustard.... HUGE flavors dancing..

Thanks by the way Forrest, I may not sleep too well tonight as I couldn't help but slice a few pieces of marble cheese and put that on a rye bread which altogether spent a few minutes in my toaster oven. lol
