Just received my copy of Rum by Dave Broom in the mail today from Chapters and I see that Doorly's XO was give a 5 star (out of 5) rating! Doesn't seem like he's given that to many other rums; I can't wait to give it a try! I'll be placing my order as soon as you let us know we can.

Default Arrival

Shipment is safe and sound in the Richmond warehouse, it still needs to clear customs and should be in the LDB system early on in the week.

I'll let you know when it can be ordered.

That is great news, I will ask it to be brought into the Port Coquitlam Signature store once I hear back from you.
Thanks!

Rum Runner Imports, any update on the Doorly's? Do you think we'll be able to place our orders this week? Can't wait to try the sherry finish that I've been reading about!

Yeah hoping so....we sorta ended up in the weeds there last week waiting on a country of origin form (yay forms!).

Fingers crossed it clears customs today and the LDB doesn't have any surprises for us.

Cool Come and get it!

Doorly's XO is now available upon request from both public and private stores.

The Stock Keeping Unit- SKU is 267351.

Please let me know what you think of the rum and of your experience with ordering from the various stores.

Great news! I'll place an order tomorrow I think at the Westwood Signature store as I wasn't too happy with how the downtown store handled my Angostura 1824 order (they forgot to place the order the first time). I'll let you know what they say at Westwood.
Cheers!

Doorly's XO is a great, simple pleasure of my life. Luckily, it is avaiable in Arizona at Total Wine. I have tried it side by side with the other Seale offering, Tommy Bahama Golden Sun, and found it to shine in so many ways compared to the TBGS. BTW, I am not a TB hater, either.

Went to the downtown signature gov store today and they told me their system shows Doorly's is not available to order either in store or by spec (by the case). They said it was listed as not approved or not yet approved. They had pricing of $19.00 per bottle by a case of 6 when it would be available and that the pricing was subject to change. Must be what they're paying per bottle or something along those lines. Anyhow, just wanted to keep you posted RRI if you wanted to speak to the corporate office, once it is available I will ask them to bring it into the store.
