Cool Greetings from Trinidad
Hello everyone! I found this forum about a year ago when I was looking for information about some rare Caroni rums and details on Scarlet Ibis rum.

My favorite rums are El Dorado 15 year old, Angostura 5 year old and Angostura 7 year old.

I generally drink rum on the rocks but I also love making rum punch variations and tiki cocktails with fresh fruit and home-made ingredients!
