It should be at the Keg and Cork soon according to a recent discussion I had with the owner. I'm trying to obtain a sample from the importer to review, but you can probably guess how easy that is going to be.

Wish me luck

Drinkon.com carries it and they're in the UK. Not sure where. Anyways. They cant ship to the US because of export laws. I really need these bottles. My wife would be so excited. I want to do something for our first Christmas as husband and wife. Please any information on how to acquire two bottles would be very helpful.

It's quite dry and has a lot of smoky wood in the finish. I have a bottle of that rum bottled at cask strength and surprisingly even at 80 proof, it is very similar.

I'd like a hand blown onion bottle, a few more rum books, El Dorado 12 and Appleton 21.

Hi there,

Did you check with Team Spirits Imports (646) 546-5277 ?

According to St. Lucia Distillers, they are the distributor in the US.

Admiral Rodney and Chairman's Reserve are distributed in Europe, but I could not find anything about Bounty.

My wife and I had our honeymoon in St. Lucia, and I brought back a couple of bottles, but they are long gone.

Thanks Ben. They are still working on getting the Bounty Rum in the United States. They cant even ship to Texas which as my name indicates is where I'm located. Thanks for your help. If anyone has any ideas please let me know.

I recently received an email from www.DrinkUpNY.com stating that Chairman Reserve is one of their new products. 24.99 for 1L
It’s good stuff, hope this helps.
---Cheers,
Chris

Trying to get my hands on the Zacapa XO. Have tried it a few times from friends who have brought back a bottle from the US - very nice rum. This will be quite the challenge from Toronto, as the LCBO has no listing.

Texas is a tough state to crack. Until there is a significant demand most distributors aren't interested in new products, unless you're going to spend a small pile of money marketing - giving the distributor money with which to hopefully sell your product.
