Super nice vanilla syrup
I was chatting with someone on another forum and i was told that its a very nice syrup if one uses homemade vanilla sugar to make the syrup from and then i realized that i have been making that exact vanilla sugar in a jar..for years!
10 years at least..and never has it come to my over-rummed mind to use that sugar to make syrup............
I wonder if i have a brain damage......I have always bought one bag of Lyle&Tate dark brown cane sugar and one light and then mixed them with Tahitian vanilla..and never ever tried to make syrup with it...(Jesus..i need another Mai Tai..)

It would seem to me that putting vanilla into simple syrup would be a much better, definitely much faster way of doing it....

Yes it would, but the taste of the Tahitian vanilla sugar...is really something.
