Well, THIS explains a lot! No wonder Pernod-Ricard discontinued the LH-151. Perhaps this new company can be persuaded to re-launch it.

I don't see this coming to the states any time soon. The old label stated Demerara Rum but not all of the rum was being sourced from Guyana so that would have to be removed for it to be sold in the US where Demerara Distillers holds the trademark. They don't, however, hold the Canadian trademark for 'Demerara'.

Whatever happens I don't expect the rum behind the Lemon Hart label to be same that used to be sold in the US.
