Master Distiller vs Master Blender

Another question I don't know why I hadn't asked sooner.

What is the difference between the two? Is there any or is it something that relates to tradition? IE Master Blender for rum and Master Distiller for bourbon.

Good question. Actually, rum distilleries have distillers and blenders as do bourbon distilleries though the bourbon distilleries may not talk about the blender as much as they do the distiller.

The difference as you probably know is that the distiller is actually responsible for distilling while the blender is responsible for blending the distilled products for bottling.
