Default Cpt Morgan Lime Bite

okay...I generally avoid Cpt Morgan like the plague or inlaws but while in California I had an opportunity to try Cpt Morgan Lime Bite with Sprite. To my suprise I found it refreshing and light w/o any overt sweetness.

For the summer this maybe a new summer drink along with ti-punch.

funny you should mention that because that is exactly what I thought when I had the drink at the Pirate dinner show with the family in Anaheim. It was the cheapest so I went for it....but I have to admit it isn't that bad.....

I bought the little shot bottle, and at first it was good, but the after taste of lime was to over powering to me. But I will try again.

You remind me of an old girlfriend. "I'll try anything twice." Even if you don't like it the second time, it's a good attitude that will take you far.

I wish I would have grabbed a couple of those little shot bottles when I first saw them, just to try this out. Hopefully they will still be in stock the next time I hit the ol' liquor store. May be a good excuse to head there tomorrow...

Ok, even though I have never been a fan of flavor added rums I bought a bottle because of the intrigue crated by this thread.

.........thankfully it was an airplane bottle and I'm only out $1.50!

True..... the only Capt Morgan product that has been worth a damn is Private Stock.... and I dont see that changing in my collection anytime soon!
If I want lime in my Rum....I will put it there.
