Default Mezcal

I had Del Maguey Single Village Mezcal for the first time last weekend. I was very impressed. Good product and a good story. This is my favorite mezcal.

I tried the Mezcal Pechuga and Mezcal Tobala. I preferred the latter. Both were high quality, but the flavor profile of the Tobala is more in line with my preferences.

The biggest flavors from that group are San Luis del Rio and Chichicapa.
