Smile Help please!

Hi to all, This is my first post as i have just joined.
My father on x-mas day showed me a box which contained a small pottery jug of "RUM" which he had won in a raffle approx 20years ago. The pot is approx 200mls and has "CIRCLE RUM" & 33 O.P. on the front & on the back it has "CSR 79.5%alc/vol" The pot is in hession bag which is in a wooden box with a burnt in label on the front. My father was told when he won it it was very rare and worth approx $250.00 back then.
I was wondering if any one has any clues on value or information on it.I am sorry if i am a bit vague my Dad would not let me take it because he was sure that i would open it and have a taste.

Many Thanx "WOODY" (Australia)
