JMac Senior Member Join Date: Jan 2008 Location: Surrey, BC Posts: 527	Chilled Rum Came home from work and made myself a nice rum and Coke with Smuggler's Cove Dark rum. I love this rum as it is 45% and heavy on the molasses. I also keep it in my fridge freezer because I like how the cold gives it a more velvety texture and seems to make the molasses taste sweeter. This made me think: Am I the only one that keeps a bottle of rum chilled? Is this a rum connoisseur's faux pas?? What are some thoughts about keeping rum chilled?
