White Rums

Whether you call them, clear, silver, white or simple 'see through' how do you drink them?

Default Matusalem 151

I just picked up a bottle of Matusalem 151 Red Flame. It's a wild, hot, fiery spirit that ads some serous punch to punch. It's light-bodied, pretty dry and has a long, hot finish. The bottle lists the manufacturer as Hiram Walker and Sons of Michigan. The label features an image of a bird -- a swallow. It might be some old stock. Anyone else have experience with this spirit?
