Default Hi from Philly

Been drinking rum since i was young, but started getting into aged rums the last 2 years.

My favorite is Zaya.

My favorite mixer is Oronoco.

I have a nice small collection of rum and enjoy traveling to discover new and interesting rums from other countries.

Would like to learn how to infuse.

This is a surprisingly easy venture. Take a clean jar, put something flavorful in it, cover with rum and let it sit. Depending on what it is and what kind of flavor intensity you are looking for-- check it regularly.

i have done infusion that have taken less than a day, and conversely - infusions that have taken considerably longer.

i say experiment, but there are some good resources on-line.
