Default What to do with flavored rums?

A well-meaning but misguided friend recently gave me bottles of Cruzan Lime, Coconut, and Raspberry. I can make a passable rum and coke with 2 oz. of Gosling Gold, 1 oz. Cruzan Lime, and 6 oz. Coke, but haven't yet figured out what to do with the other bottles, short of drain cleaning or re-gifting. Any suggestions?

I sometimes use flavored rums to top cocktails, a small shot of coconut rum on top of a pina colada makes a nice addition. But I have no idea what to do with raspberry rum, though it might be good over ice cream for dessert.

Don't throw away that raspberry just yet. My wife is an incurable tinkerer with flavored liquors and liqueurs, and just this afternoon picked up a bottle of raspberry rum for experimentation purposes.

I'll share the results of her experiments as soon as she has them.

The Cruzan lime would probaly make a good addition to a rum sidecar.

Lime rum in a sidecar? Raspberry rum on pancakes? I've been adding a little dark rum to my pancake syrup for years, and a little rum to my morning coffee, when I don't have too much to do. This morning it's a little Brinley's Gold Vanilla Rum.

Since my wife is a sidecar aficionado, I have developed a wide range of variations based off of that. Most of my recipes are using rums instead of cognac. Some get pretty far from the original ingredients, but I try to hold close to the original flavor groupings.
