Buying Rhum Agricole in Martinique

Hello Agricole lovers,

I am currently in Martinique and wondering, if there are any specialty stores on the island, where I could find older vintages/bottlings. The selection and prices in supermarkets and the distilleries are great, but they offer only the current vintages.

Does anybody know any stores? Especially interesting would be J.M or Bally.

I checked out the two stores at the airport already, but the prices are even higher as in Europe for the older bottles.

Maybe i can try to get some of the bottles you are interestet in. So let us write at this forum or the german forum.

I got a small online shop too, but i'am at the beginning, with not so much bottles. But i have connetions to a lot of import-companies.

We have sourced several La Familie from La Compagnies du Rhum and they will ship via their website www.lacompagniedurhum.com.

They shipped to us here in St. Barths, their prices are fair and they have a good selection, some of the older vintage bottles are a little expensive but they have them.
