Default Over 100 year bottles of rum

Hi everyone my name is Steve and I am from Brisbane QLD.

I mostly drink xxxx beer, but also love a nice rum or scotch.

I have recently come across a few bottles of unopened Rum that is supposed to be over 100 years old, can anyone tell me what markings I am looking for on the bottles to tell me age and brand for Authentication and what sought of price range they would sell for if Authenticated.

Cheers and Happy Drinking lol

Steve

One hundred years ago everyone used cork closures so unless they were well sealed with wax or tar the contents probably aren't any good.

As for valuations, they are worth exactly what someone is willing to pay you for them.

But this isn't the place to sell them unless you have all of the required licenses and permits. Every country in the world controls the sale of alcohol and this forum does not condone alcohol sales without proper permits as that would violate the terms of use.
