Default What mixers to get?

With Christmas coming I fancy making up some cocktails for when friends & family come to visit.

I've got the following but finding drinks that have more than one or two of what I've got here is hard! Can anyone add some handy bottles to stock to the following please?

Grenadine Syrup
Blue Curaco
Limoncello
Jose Cuervo Lime Juice
Angostura Bitters
Pure Cane Syrup
Pepper Mint Green

Plenty of various rum
White coconut rum
Brandy
Gin
Vodka

Plus some pineapple & orange juice cartons

Are there any (easy!) Blue Curaco or Peppermint Green rum cocktails to make with the above ingredients?

Cheers,
Dave

I'd add fresh lemons/limes to the list, club soda, as well as mint leaves.

Here's a recipe I made once that seemed to be a hit with the women at a get together I made. Basically just a mojito but they enjoyed the effect:

1-1/4th ounce White Rum
1/2 ounce Blue Curacao
1/2 Lime [better with fresh than the bottled. Added bitterness counters the sweetness of the BC]
1/4th Cane Syrup
5-7 mint leaves or 1/4oz peppermint Green

Build in Double old fashioned glass [drop in lime after cutting into quarters and squeezing in] filled with crushed ice and top with club soda and garnish with a mint sprig.

Also consider making some things like Brandy Smashes.

1-1/2oz Brandy
1/4th each PMG and Cane Syrup

Shake and strain into champagne flute OR old-fashioned glass filled with crushed ice, top with club soda, garnish with mint sprig.

I can't think of a recipe that's any good with rum that contains limoncello or grenadine, but then again I don't really like the sweet drinks.

Hope this helps!
