New to the world of fine rums, I found this site while researching an old bottle of Zacapa 23 Anos in full palm.

The reviews have piqued my interest, and I'd like to date it before deciding whether to open it, or pass it along to someone who might better appreciate it. The reviews of newer versions suggest they might be too sweet for my palette, but perhaps not this old one.

So aside from the Zacapa, my cabinet includes Gosling Black Seal, and many whiskeys and scotches.
