Where ever you drop anchor, after the first drink is served, everyone wants to catch up on the news of friends on boats. Where's ?? is a common question. So to try and answer the question, Where's Ed? here's a clue where you might find me. |

Island bound
I'm on my way to Martinique with a few friends from the press to do a little island tour before heading to Manhattan for the Manhattan Cocktail Classic where I'll be drinking some rum and talking about some other rum and then then drinking some more rum. I'll be internet challenged next week so please bear with me until I get back to the US where my Verizon mobile internet connection works again.

Me too. I often spend my free time dreaming of my next trip south or in the case of the next trip, surprisingly might be going north Troy!!

We're having more fun than we deserve. With a few writer friends from the US yesterday we visited Depaz and Neisson, J.M and St James were the destinations today. Tomorrow is La Favorite and the Clement plantation where several rums are bottled, then the La Mauny distillery on Thursday. It's nice to see so many old friends some of whom I've known for almost 20 years.
I've got to take a quick swim before heading to a bar for a couple of beers before we head to dinner and the next ti punch.
