Pablo, see you there. That's 3 festivals together in 1 year. You need to start a DR festival too!!

The more Rum Festivals we have the better. I need to visit more of them, purely as educational trips, of course....

A question that has been on my mind. I know there are some absolute rum purists out there, what are Members thoughts about a Festival celebrating Rum AND Beer, is this
a) a joyous celebration of fine beverages,
b) a dubious mixing of products which make unwelcome bedfellows
c) an excellent reason to visit Barbados

Thanks

Cheryl

PS. Mr Rumelier don't forget to call me when you get into Barbados. Both myself & my colleague, your spiritual twin, is looking forward to meeting you.

I don't know about anyone else, but I absolutely detest beer. It's the most foul and obnoxious liquid ever invented. I last tried some in 1994 and couldn't even finish the can. I realise that I'm probably in a minority of one on this issue, but I would rather eat my own vomit than drink any more beer.

Good beer doesn't come in a can!

Cheryl, rum and beer for me always go hand in hand and would make an interesting combination for a festival. Besides visiting many rum attractions on my last trip I also visited the Banks Brewery which was fun.
