In life it is not what you know or even who you know, but it's about who knows you.

Wow, sorry about the weather, but you should check out Sam's and/or Binny's liquor stores while in Chicago. They both have nice selection and good prices. Dress warm and imbibe often.

Violet Hour on Damen is one of the best cocktail bars in the midwest. Sam's and Binnys should also be on your list, hopefully it will warm up. The high today was about 3F, and the forecast is looking better.

When I dream up a better job, I'm going to take it. In the meantime, the research continues.

I'll probably be at the Weather Mark Tavern in the South Loop tonight. They have a pretty decent. Any Binny's or Sam's ought to have a pretty decent selection as everyone has already mentioned. I have heard that the South Loop Binny's has the best selection, though I could be wrong.

And Ed, this is great Chicago weather. It means that there's hope for the Flubbies for next season, well, at least if it gets cold enough that hell freezes over.
Cheers. - S

If you need something to cleanse your palate between rums, pick up a bottle of Templeton Rye. Outstanding stuff, and only sold in Iowa and Illinois (also available online, but Washington state's iron-fisted liquor laws declare that "no person shall import liquor into the state from any other state or country...").

Bah, humbug!
