The color reminds me of Mamimo (Habana Club).

Got it now, it is very smooth and has notes of caramel and chocolate. Its quite light, its a nice sipper, but doesn`t stay with you so very long so i think it would do better as a mixer.

I also got Banks XM and THAT is a sipper! one of the best i`ve tasted.

Are you talking about Havana Club's Maximo? or is there a rip off call Habana Club's Mamimo?

Regardless, if it has the same color and taste, Im sure Id be happier to buy this bottle which Im sure will be a hell of a lot less than Maximo... though Ive dreamt of Maximo...

WHOOOPEE, another Banks convert. For about 3 years I was trying to get that into the UK. Now it's here...the rest will be history. Look out cognac. There's another new player about to hit the after dinner table.

If anyone does mange to get to Guyana, they need to try XM's 12 year old Millennium rum. "OH MY"....is all I can say. I'm campaigning for them to release more of the stock to the rum loving world.
