Bitters
If there is interest I will add a bitters section to the forums. A friend makes bitters and is willing to answer questions, etc.

The Bitter End and Beyond
ED: By all means, particularly if it's the mixologist at "1534" who prepared those amazing cocktails at the Denizen Party in Soho this past Christmas.
The depth and character of a good bitter adds that subtle magic to any cocktail.

Avery Glasser of Bittermen's bitters is a friend of mine who has been making his own brand of bitters for several years. Avery and his wife Janet are back in Boston and working hard to make the best bitters he can make. We're working on a few details that have to be worked out to make this section of these forums as good as they can be. Avery is also working at least two full-time jobs.
