Me too. Like Rumdood, I've experimented with a lot of various Rum combinations for my signature Mai Tai. I'd like to see what Ed came up with. I hope he will stoop as low as 5 yrs.

Would love to see this recipe too. I use St James Hors D'Age with Appleton 12 year. Recently found that St James stopped being stocked since 2013. I should have paid more attention. Anyone use this same combo? If so have you found a suitable substitute?
