Default Help needed.

Hello everyone.

I'm starting saying that i'm not a rum drinker, hoping that this will not affect your judgement about what i have to say. I recently inherited the house of my grandfather and beside other stuff in the basement i found a bottle of "Rhum des Plantations St. James". Can anyone help me date this bottle?

You will understand when you will see the pictures... if the modereter let me put them.

Thank you all...

P.S. -is not my intention to sell anything here! I just need your expert advice...

That looks old but without a label it would be hard to date it. The foil over the cork has been in use from a long time and the bottle design is still in use today.

...maybe if i drink all the bottle, grandpa will contact me to tell me how old was the rum
...like in that movie, "How High".
Only that there was something else...
