Default New Rum Blanca from Diplomatico

I've just tasted a new aged white rum from Diplomatico with a light and delicate nose, a mellow body and a slow smooth finish. The new Rum Blanca from Diplomatico does not disappoint as a sipper straight or on the rocks.

This product is destined for the US market. For anyone making serious cocktails, here's a rum that delivers a quality experience. I've been comparing to other premium white rums this evening and it's hard to beat the mellow aged mouth feel with a notable viscosity, reminiscent of the Diplomatico Reserva and Reserva Exclusiva.

Rob you are a lucky fellow! I tasted a sample of that rum a couple of months ago and it left quite an impression. Pound for pound it was one of the finest white rums i've tasted. Very much in the new el dorado, elements eight or oronoco league. Did you take any home with you?

Did I take any home? Is the pope a German guy? Yes, I stole as much as I could carry and I am looking to intercept a container of 5,000 bottles at the port of Miami any day now. We'll keep this our little secret.
