Rhum Bologne Vs Rhum Neisson

If you could buy either Rhum Bologne 50 percent (1 litre) or Rhum Neisson 55 percent (700 millilitres) for around the same price, which one would it be and why? I am interested in a sipper spiced up a smidgen with a squeeze of lime. Many thanks in advance for you advice.

I wouldn't call either of those rums sippers, unless you make a ti punch, in which case there is probably a limited supply so the higher proof Neisson would be a better value.
