Default Rum Balls are easier to make than you might think

I made some rum balls last night and added the video to the Ministry of Rum channel on YouTube.

Nice video Ed, inspired me to make some for the first time. I however decided to drain some Captain Morgans White instead, had to get rid of it :-)

A rum ball recipe i have used with great success.

rumball recipe

1 packet cake mix made to directions either chocolate or vanilla
1/2 cup almond meal
1/4 cup coconut
1 tin either caramel top n fill or condensed milk
Rum of choice
method

crumble cake in a bowl add almond meal coconut and caramel then fill empty tin with the desired amount of rum and mix together
put extra coconut in a bowl
fill the sink with some water n put mixture and cocnut near sink with a baking dish for finished rumballs
wet hands then roll mixture into balls then place in coconut roll n put in baking dish until all mixture is used
refridgerate for several hours then freeze until required
