Default Hello from Alberta Canada

Hi to all...
My name is Blake and I represent Travellers' in Canada. Our first shipment arrived in the Province of Alberta late February of 2011. To start, we have brought 6 of Travellers' products. My wife and I began enjoying this line almost 8 years ago.
At the start, we would bring a couple bottles each. She would bring her Classic White and I would bring my fun barrel... (One Barrel). Our friends and family loved it and they were always asking for us to bring them a bottle or two. The numbers kept growing and it was getting a little too much.
Two years ago we began looking into the importation of the products and now it’s here for all to enjoy.
I would like to keep you... the rum enthusiasts and lovers, up on where we are and what we are doing.
Please feel free to drop me a line.
Enjoy!

Hi Blake

Glad you found the forum. I look forward to you joining the Rum Club this Sunday, it should be great fun. BTW: Robert from Sherlock's Capilano is also invited as he contributed a bottle from his last trip to Scotland. Also I have verbal confirmation that Adam the owner/ operator of Ottewell Liqour Store will also be in attendance. So we should have a full house.

(Lance, according to Liquor Connect, the 1 Barrel is available at the Liquor Depot on Elbow Drive.)

There are several stores in Calgary with the products.
The Co-ops have our One Barrel and Kuknat (coconut) Rum.
Royal Liquor Merchants has our 1 & 3 Barrel, Kuknat and a white.
Zyn and Varsity also have some of the products in.

Gottit, many thanks.

btw - Finally bowed to the inevitable and bought the top end Clement Tres Vieux XO for the second time. The finish is a little too spicy for me, but that nose and the initial arrival, oh man....
