Default zacapa XO v Zacapa 30th

well as some of you may know, I am on a search to get the XO, a "25" year old age rum from Zacapa. I recently stumble upons a british webiste the was selling a special 30th anniversary edition for about 50 pounds more. It look to be the same rum as the XO exept the labeling was in blue and it came with two glasses.

Does anyone know whether or not these are the same rums just in a different bottle. Thanks for your help on the matter.

Stamina - I think I found that same website also looking for some XO. Take a look at the picture below to confirm.

If I read the description correctly, I think the "30" is a special packaging to commemorate the 30th anniversary of Zacapa 23.

In other words, it is "only" the Zacapa 23 we all know and love, packaged in a fancy bottle and sold with 2 Riedel glasses (which are fantastic by the way).

I may have read that wrong, but that's what I think it is.

Now back to the hunt for the XO 25, which obviously must be 2 more better than the Z23...

German shops label the 30th anniversary as a 24 year old rum. So it should be a little better than the 23yo. I wonder if the price is worth it, even the 25yo is cheaper (30th: 160€, 25yo: 80€).

The XO is a better blend, in my opinion, than the 30 year old.

And it's at least 2 better than the 23 year old, if you can afford it
