My name is Luke Hart, I'm a bartender here in the East End of London. My bar has a very wide rum selection, and we do everything from interesting cocktails with various rums, to serving nice top shelf rums to be sipped by themselves. My bar is called the Redchurch and it is at 107 Redchurch Street, at the Bethnal Green Road end of Brick Lane.
My favourite rums are from Barbados, Though Angostura 1919 is a notable exception, and my favourite way to drink rum is in an old fashioned. (a lovely twist on a bourbon classic)
If anyone is ever in the East End stop by and have a chat about rum. (or other spirits, or hell, even other topics)

Welcome to the forums. Now that you're finished lurking, take a look at the Trade Registry link to the left and register your bar so the rest of us can find it. I use the maps all the time to find bars/restaurants and connect with other forum members in my travels.
