It definetly not your typical rum. It has a honey citrus nose that will remind you of tequila, and a consistency like scotch. It is a beautiful representation of rhum agricole that has not been aged very much. It will make a great "Ti Punch". I try not to compare rhum agricole to molasses based rum. I love them both for many reasons. Enjoy and let me know what you think.

Thanks, Hank. Once again I followed your recommendations and had a bottle of Depaz brought back to me as a gift. Boom. I'm hooked. Thumbs up. This is my favorite agricole so far.

Love reading this thread as I have a bottle of Depaz waiting for me at my sisters. Wasn't so sure about the purchase but now I looking forward to some great ti punches.
