I came across this site after reading about Ed in Ann Vanderhoof's book, An Embarrassment of Mangoes. I am a 65 year old widower currently traveling full time in my RV - no permanent residence (although I do spend six months of the year at a park in the Keys). Although I have drank rum in cocktails for a very long time, I have only recently taken a serious interest - and found I really enjoy sipping it straight.

I look forward to expanding my knowledge on the subject!
