Default Wray & Nephew info required.

Hi.

I am looking for help finding information on a bottle of Wray & Nephew Appleton Estate Special Jamaica Rum. It is 43% alc/vol in a 750ml tall glass bottle. It has a front label only. Looks to me like that is how it was supplied from new. It has a number on the screw top 932161043.

The bottle is unopened therefore I can't comment on the taste!

To date I have failed to find any reference on my internet searches. Appleton have not acknowledged my request for info.

I would be grateful for any information or suggestions as to where I might find information.

I have attached two images, hopefully!

Thanks for reading.

I can't be of much help, but I seem to remember that Appleton rum had that sort of label on the bottle thirty to forty years ago, so your bottle would be of roughly that age. Sorry that I can't be more precise.

Default Thanks.

Thanks for that. Every little helps build a bigger picture and gives me leads to follow.
