I'm an rum drinker for about 20 years, when I discovered that rum isn't just Bacardi... I have a collection that is growing every year of aged rum. I also keep at least a few bottles of different Havana Club bottles for my cocktails. Mainly 3 year old for my mojitos and some anejos for Ginger Ale, fresh lime and ice.
