Oh, yes! I know where one bottle went. AND, it is everything it should be. I just wrote The Rumelier to say that the barrel/wood is upfront in this rum. I have never tasted a rum where there was so much of the barrel which is so well matched to the essence of the rum. I've had rums which were ruined by the barrel with too much aging. Not this one! In fact, the character of this 30YO is so well established, it needs the barrel/wood to rein it in and add depth.

This rum is worth every penny. Can one buy, say, 15 bottles of something else which would make one happy? Sure! But, it wouldn't taste like this wonderful creation. It is truly unique.
